ABOUT
FEAUTURE
By utilizing elastomer design technology, crosslinking resin design technology, and flame retardant compounding technology based on various resins, we have created a product with high flexibility, heat resistance, and scratch resistance.
We can design flame-retardant resin compounds.
We also offer non-halogen grades that do not produce toxic gases and have low smoke emissions, as well as highly flame-retardant grades with an oxygen index of 40 or higher.
We offer a range of grades that meet various flame retardancy requirements, applications, and environmental regulations.
Flame retardancy standards (UL94, JIS C 3005, etc.)
Standards for electrical wire applications (JCS 4517, EN50620, etc.)
Environmental regulations (REACH, RoHS2, etc.)
In addition to flame retardancy, our proprietary compounding technology allows us to impart various functionalities.
High heat resistance, flexibility, chemical resistance, oil resistance, scratch resistance, insulation, low smoke emission, etc.
Flame retardants can be selected from halogen-based or non-halogen-based options.
We can also provide flame-retardant masterbatches. Simply add them to your resin to impart flame retardancy.
