ABOUT

XANTAR™ is a polycarbonate resin that combines excellent transparency and impact resistance.

In addition to the basic grade, we offer the highly flame-retardant "FC" grade, which has a proven track record in electrical, electronic, and power distribution applications; the "C" and "E" series, which offer high fluidity and resistance to various environments, making them ideal for information and communication equipment and the automotive sector. Furthermore, we have a wide range of products, including the "K" series, which improves upon polycarbonate's weakness of scratch resistance while also possessing flame retardancy and low dielectric loss tangent performance; and the "XRM" grade, which improves low-temperature impact resistance and chemical resistance, making it ideal for the exteriors of various electronic devices. We conduct environmentally friendly material development, focusing on post-consumer recycling, contributing not only to high functionality but also to global environmental protection.
